Beware of Pomsky Scams
Unfortunately, there are lots of scams when it comes to the Pomsky breed. If your “Pomsky” is 50 pounds and 25 inches tall, you’ve likely fallen for a Pomsky scam, and most likely purchased a husky.
These types of scams happen often; the only way you’ll know is with a DNA test. If you purchased a dog and the breeder refers to them as a mini husky, chances are its mixed with another breed like Alaskan Klee Kai. (also known as Pomklee). Sometimes advertised as Pomsky. However, due to the vast difference in heritage, the Pomsky and Pomklee are not the same things at all, their temperament is very different. If you’re searching for a Pomsky, I highly recommend finding a great reputable breeder that you can trust, someone who loves and cares for their dogs. Here’s a list of questions you can ask your breeder to ensure you aren’t getting scammed.
Get newborn pictures/videos of the puppy (with litter mates)
Get current/updated pictures of the puppy (ask for litter mates pictures too)
Photos of the parents (both Sire and Dam)
DNA Proof showing their real Pomskies & to ensure they’re healthy
Ask where they are located.
Can you pick up the puppy?
Can you see their litter-mates, parents, etc.?
Ask what shipping company they use? Research the shipping company. It should be a known company.
A real breeder will be able to answer all of these questions.

Pomsky Puppy Adoption - How It Works
Application and Deposit
Puppies are only available to approved depositors only. Start by filling out our Puppy Adoption Application. Once you're approved and have placed a deposit, you can adopt any available puppy or you may request that your name be added to an upcoming litter of your choice. Pick positions on any upcoming litter are determined on a "first come, first serve" basis according to the time and date of the request (for approved depositors only).
Puppy Pick Day - The Choosing
Our committed depositors will choose their puppies once they reach 4 weeks of age. Our waiting list is first come first serve. We only take 5 deposits for each liter. We will email you when we are going to be doing the choosing. At that point, you would need to send us your choice. Usually most of our depositors are ready to give us their choice right away, so the process is usually done within a few hours. We require that all picks be confirmed by email or text so that there is no confusion. So, once we do the choosing, please email us your puppy pick right away, and we will immediately respond with your choice (REAL TIME - Immediately). If after the five people on the list has chosen their puppies, we will offer the remaining puppies to the next 5 on the list that has placed a deposit for upcoming litters to give them a chance to get a puppy sooner then expected. They can then choose a puppy or wait for the litter they originally asked for. Once we have offered the puppies to everyone on our waiting list, if they choose to pass, we will list them to the public at that point, but we rarely have puppies available to the public, and if we do, they usually go very quick.
Puppy Payment
After everyone chooses their pup, we will email you an invoice to pay the balance on your pup, including shipping and training if applicable. You can pay by credit card (we add 3% to cover processing fees charged by our on-line merchant - Wells Fargo or Square)
We also accept Venmo or Zelle (no additional fee) or you can send us a check by mail. Either way is just fine with us.
When sending a check, please mail the check right away so that we can receive your check prior to shipping or training if applicable.
Puppies Go Home @ 8 Weeks
Our amazing little pomsky puppies are ready to go home at 8 weeks of age. Please keep in mind that we are not able to let our puppies go home sooner than 8 weeks of age. It is important that all puppies have the opportunity to spend the first 8 weeks of their life with their mom and siblings and that they have a chance to be properly weaned between 6-8 weeks of age. If you have enrolled your puppy in our training program, your pup will go home at 13 weeks of age, or longer depending upon which training course you choose.
Shipping Your Puppy
We handle all shipping details. We will arrange shipping according to your preference. We have two shipping options, both by Air.
If traveling by air cargo, we prefer Delta airlines when shipping within the US. If shipping international, we will discuss with you airline options and our further requirements for puppy travel. We prefer Delta as their Pet handling procedures are of the highest standards. We seek after a direct flight if possible. We'll discuss this with you. We usually ship our puppies out on the first Friday or Saturday after your puppy turns 8 weeks old. The cost is $375. This fee includes air fare, crate, Vet's Certificate of Health and transport to the airport. If traveling by air nanny (USA) $725. The puppy will be in cabin with our nanny under the seat in front of him. This fee includes air fare and transport to the airport.
If you have further questions, please CONTACT US.
We provide the option for our new puppy owners to enroll their new puppies in our puppy obedience training course. Your puppy will learn the commands of Sit, Down, Stay, Come, and No. Your puppy will also be leash trained, kennel trained, & potty trained.
